A HighPoint IT Technician Level 1 position is primarily responsible for providing technical support to our internal users and systems.

The IT Technician Level 1 position is primarily responsible for providing technical support to our internal users and systems. Secondarily, this position may engage in customer-facing support procedures within the Network Operations Center (NOC), as needed.
