Role Description

The Renewals Manager is a key role within the Customer Experience (CX) team that is focused on renewal retention and growth across all customers and technologies.

Operating within HighPoint’s Customer Experience (CX) framework, the Renewals Manager will support all accounts in managing the renewal process to ensure on-time renewals. The Renewals Manager will be responsible for HighPoint’s Renewal Rate.

The Renewals Manager will work closely with sales, inside sales and customer success managers to ensure renewals are secured in line with requirements and uplift opportunity is captured.

Strong relationships will need to be developed with the customer stakeholders and relevant vendors to understand the renewal landscape and opportunity for consolidation.

The Renewals Manager role is a full-time position within the Customer Experience (CX) team, reporting to the Customer Success Manager.

MINIMUM JOB EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years experience in Renewals, Account Management, or a similar field
  • Proven ability to develop trusted relationships
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to understand and develop a business case
