Service Operations Administrator

NJ-Sparta/ NC-Charlotte

Team member is an integral part of the HighPoint service operations team and is responsible to assist with operations as it pertains to project delivery.

Level: Mid level (5+ years of working experience), Non-Management

Role Description

Individual must be flexible and willing to undertake new tasks working in a fast-paced growing organization. Attention to detail is a must as this role acts as an essential hub between internal parties within HighPoint.  The work consists of many moving and interlinking parts to several departments within the organization. A role which has huge significance and impact to customer delivery success and services financial success.


  • Setting up through to closing off projects within the operations and PSA systems
  • Adding and removing users within the PSA system
  • Working with personnel agencies and contractors for work approval and billing to HighPoint
  • Training new starters
  • Invoicing customers
  • Approving invoices from vendors
  • Compiling weekly and monthly reports
  • Completing monthly financial report
  • Ad-hoc duties


Qualifications and attributes that are necessary for someone to fill this position.

  • High School Diploma, College degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to learn systems quickly, PSA tool experience desirable
  • An individual happy to aid in resolving many varied issues that may arise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple day to day tasks
  • Embodies the HighPoint fundamentals and is constantly seeking to improve themselves and HighPoint
  • Comfortable sitting and using a computer for long periods
  • Knows when to ask for assistance as needed to prevent delays
  • Comfortable communicating with and escalating to management when required
  • Has the flexibility to assist with last minute requests or changes
