HighPoint is pleased to announce the formal launch of a new sports and entertainment practice, with a focus on offering IT services to teams, sponsors, vendors and other entities involved in the industry.
“This business is helping organizations navigate their way toward the best fan experience out there through technology,” said Mike Mendiburu, President of HighPoint. Nine-years ago HighPoint partnered with, what was then, the New Jersey Nets, starting with sponsorship in the Izod Center. The relationship has grown over time, resulting in HighPoint winning a major piece of business for technology services when the club moved to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn two years ago.
HighPoint’s relationship with the Nets has truly helped in creating a niche for HighPoint within sports and entertainment, allowing the launch of this dedicated practice.
HighPoint’s core offering will include strategic planning, marketing and technology plan integration, sponsorship value-enhancement, managing stadium technologies and other services.
