Meet the leadership behind HighPoint
The HighPoint global leadership team represents a host of highly experienced and specialized technology specific professionals. Each of them embody what it means to serve our customers and the HighPoint employees. They have an uncompromising commitment to the digital solutions we deliver and share a core belief that when our customers businesses thrive, HighPoint thrives alongside as their partner. Each of the members of the leadership team are passionate about the HighPoint culture and actively live out our 33 fundamental core values that drive our decision making.
Mike cofounded the company in 1996 with a philosophy that honesty, integrity, and trust would lead to success. He has ingrained these values as the bedrock of the company’s core culture. Mike’s leadership, commitment, and strategic vision have propelled HighPoint from a startup business to a multinational enterprise.
Tom is co-founder of HighPoint and equally committed to the core values of the business. He serves most frequently in a strategic sales capacity and applies his more than 20 years of experience in the industry towards helping companies strategize and achieve a specific set of business outcomes.
Sandra has served as a leader at HighPoint since joining the company in 1998. She is responsible at a global level for financial strategy, accounting, treasury, tax, legal, facility management and human resources. Sandra is a member of the AICPA and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.
Oli joined HighPoint in 2011 and is responsible for the strategy and daily management of the business throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. He is essential to the strategic direction of the business and a specialist in helping customers leverage our services as they grapple with the impacts of digitization.
Chris joined HighPoint in 2018. He has more than 25 years of operational experience delivering professional, managed, and technology services to fortune 1000 companies. Chris is a client advocate with a demonstrated ability to align business drivers with technology services. As the VP of Managed Services for HighPoint, Chris is responsible for developing, promoting and delivering the HighTouch managed services portfolio.
Graham joined in 2011 to help set up HighPoint UK, bringing a strong commitment to service excellence to the establishment of the UK Services organisation. Leveraging years of experience in delivering large scale, complex change to enterprises in multiple sectors, Graham has driven consistency and adoption of best practices in service delivery across HighPoint globally. His current focus is driving the maturity and growth of the UK business.
