HighPoint is pleased to announce that Chris Hewett has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 25, 2026.
As HighPoint continues to invest in best-in-class leadership, Chris joins the organization at an important point in its growth journey. In his role, he will lead the company’s Finance function, including People Operations, helping support HighPoint’s continued focus on operational maturity, financial strength, and a people-first culture.

Chris brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience across public companies, high-growth technology firms, healthcare organizations, and mission-driven nonprofits. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for aligning financial strategy with operational improvement, leadership development, and long-term organizational health.
Most recently, Chris served as Owner of LFIOT, a Princeton-based executive advisory and interim CFO firm. In that role, he supported a wide range of organizations, from large enterprise businesses to fast-scaling startups and nonprofits, helping them drive financial clarity, improve operations, and strengthen leadership alignment.
Previously, Chris served as CFO/COO of Charter Technology Solutions, where he helped lead significant growth while building scalable financial and operational systems. He also held CFO roles at Mountain Park Health Center and the Community Health Association of Spokane, where he led capital strategy, strengthened financial infrastructure, and helped organizations navigate meaningful periods of change and growth.
Chris’s appointment reflects HighPoint’s continued focus on leadership that pairs financial stewardship with operational maturity, organizational clarity, and a strong people-first mindset. His approach to leadership emphasizes transparency, accountability, team development, and service, qualities that align closely with HighPoint’s culture and long-term vision.
