Mike Mendiburu
President - US
Mike cofounded the company in 1996 with a philosophy that honesty, integrity, and trust would lead to success. He has ingrained these values as the bedrock of the company’s core culture.
Mike’s leadership, commitment, and strategic vision have propelled HighPoint from a startup business to a multinational enterprise.
Tom Mendiburu
Co-Founder – US
Tom is co-founder of HighPoint and equally committed to the core values of the business.
He serves most frequently in a strategic sales capacity and applies his more than 25 years of experience in the industry towards helping companies strategize and achieve a specific set of business outcomes.
Sandra Curran
Chief Operating Officer of Global Products – US
Sandra was promoted to COO, in May of 2024 and is responsible for the Global Product Business including Enterprise Agreements, Subscriptions, Licensing, Partner and Contract Management, Operations, Procurement, Diversity Programs, and Logistics. She most recently served as CFO since 1998 where she was responsible for all finance, treasury, accounting functions as well as human resources, and operations globally. Prior to joining HighPoint, Sandra was CFO/COO at Elscint, Inc. and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young and Marriott Corporation. Sandra holds a BS in Accounting and Management and is a CPA and member of AICPA, NJSCPA, SPHR and CGMA.
David Olzak
Chief Revenue Officer - US
David is a highly successful executive with over 25 years experience leading sales & technical teams, assisting primarily Fortune 1000 organizations in various vertical industries build global IT strategy as well as implementing cost effective operating models for their business as it relates to digital transformation. Most recently, David was co-founder and the head of Stratascale, an SHI company, building it from zero during the heart of the pandemic to delivering consulting & managed services to over 80 Fortune 1000 companies in just 4 short years while also having responsibility for SHI’s Strategic Accounts segment. A technologist & client advocate first, David has created and led sales & services teams as large as 400 employees focused on Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Collaboration, Data Analytics, Management Consulting & Managed Services. Prior to co-founding Stratascale, David led sales & pre-sales engineering for the Eastern half of the US for Trace3. This followed his tenure with Presidio, where he built the company’s North Central US presence before leading the cybersecurity, IoT & managed services sales teams across the US. He sits on multiple Advisory Boards for startups in the Artificial Intelligence & Cybersecurity space as well as for Venture Capital firm, NightDragon.
Robert Dennerlein
Chief Financial Officer - US
Robert “Bob” Dennerlein joined HighPoint in June 2024 as CFO, bringing over 30 years of financial leadership across multiple industries. Previously, he was CFO of Mainetti, where he guided the company’s strategic transition into new growth verticals. Prior to that, Bob served as CFO of Internap Corp, improving margins and leading a successful acquisition. Bob holds an MS in International Business and a BS in Accounting from Seton Hall University. He is also a CPA with membership in professional associations AICPA, NJSCPA and FEI.
Oliver Jones
EVP, Corporate Operations – UK
Oli joined HighPoint in 2011 and is responsible for the strategy and daily management of the business throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.
He is essential to the strategic direction of the business and a specialist in helping customers leverage our services as they grapple with the impacts of digitization.
Kevin Casson
EVP, Solutions - US
Kevin Casson is a seasoned technology executive with 35+ years of experience leading sales and technical teams, building strategic alliances, and driving business growth. With expertise in cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening partnerships and enhancing go-to-market strategies.
As a leader at HighPoint, Kevin partners to define and execute go-to-market offerings and business strategies, ensuring the company’s continued growth and industry leadership. Previously, he scaled Sirius’ cybersecurity business from $350M to $1B in three years and led CDW’s $4B security sales organization. He began his career as a Mainframe Systems Engineer at IBM and later oversaw Technology Infrastructure & Operations at Target Corporation.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kevin is passionate about canine rescue, muscular dystrophy, and epilepsy research. He holds degrees in Studio Art and Math Theory from St. Olaf College and lives in the Twin Cities of Minnesota with his wife, Susan, and their two daughters

Sean Voice joined HighPoint in 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in the IT and technology industry. As a seasoned leader, Sean has a unique perspective, having worked on both the manufacturing and reseller sides of the business.
Before joining HighPoint, Sean led the East Majors Sales organization at TRACE3, where he played a pivotal role in building a $350 million business in just four years. Known for his strategic mindset and results-driven leadership, Sean is passionate about fostering strong client relationships and empowering teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Chris Chrobocinski
VP of Services - US
Chris joined HighPoint in 2018. He has more than 25 years of operational experience delivering professional, managed, and technology services to fortune 1000 companies.
Chris is a client advocate with a demonstrated ability to align business drivers with technology services. As the VP of Managed Services for HighPoint, Chris is responsible for developing, promoting and delivering the HighTouch managed services portfolio.
Graham Coates
Vice President - UK
Graham joined in 2011 to help set up HighPoint UK, bringing a strong commitment to service excellence to the establishment of the UK Services organization.
Leveraging years of experience in delivering large scale, complex change to enterprises in multiple sectors, Graham has driven consistency and adoption of best practices in service delivery across HighPoint globally. His current focus is driving the maturity and growth of the UK business.
Stacey Schneider
Director of Global People Operations
Stacey joined in 2022 bringing over 20 years of Human Resources experience to HighPoint. She oversees the strategic and operational aspects of People Operations to foster a positive and productive workplace and plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience, ensuring that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent to drive business success. She is responsible for leading initiatives to enhance company culture, ensuring alignment with organizational values and business goals, with a focus on fostering a collaborative environment that supports innovation and growth.
