HighPoint Acquires NorthState Technology Solutions

HighPoint Solutions, a leading customer service and technology solutions company headquartered in Sparta, NJ with offices in Charlotte, NC as well as London, UK, has entered into an agreement with Segra, to acquire their NorthState Technology Solutions (Stalwart) business unit, an IT services, and cybersecurity provider.
